Why is the service unreliable?
The service goes out random and I dont get a text half of the time. We ran internet speed checks and it rarely matched what we were getting charged. Its hard to understand why the service is like this living in the city. Customer service wasnt much help and I understand there isnt much they can do but why is my bill higher and higher but the service never gets better. The fact they offer to cut your bill in half when you want to leave but then raise it back up after staying is hard to get past as well. On top of all of this leaving spectrum theres no grace despite their many many faults. You gotta cancel ahead or pay your full overpriced bill. Gotta love spectrum!

Welcome to the Community Forums. We are sorry to hear that you are leaving us. I can understand the frustration with the service being down frequently. I am not showing any recent issues that would have affected your service. There may have been an issue with your equipment at your home that needed to be addressed. We do offer technician visits when you are having problems with your service. If you return to our service then we can have a technician investigate the issue.

If you return to our service then you can speak with that team to see what can be done. I can also understand the concern about the charges when you disconnect. Our service is a subscription based service and we do not credit for the charges when the service is canceled before the subscription ending period.
