1- is spectrum performing any work around my area that could be causing my internet to be inconsistent.

2- when is chatsworth GA 30705 scheduled for the new split service with higher upload speed

    I show network evolution work has started in your area, but there's no set date for completion. I see there was a possible concern for your area yesterday but it was cleared after just a few minutes, and some maintenance work on 5/11. How often are you losing internet, and how long does it take to come back on? Have you tried any troubleshooting, such as rebooting the modem and router?
