I need to update my email address; It was done, but does not done and I cannot find a way to do that!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good afternoon and welcome @Meva,

    Were you trying to update the email associated with your account, recovery email for your online profile, a notification preference contact or your email here?

    For most, you can do this within the settings menu logging in online or through the My Spectrum app. The "Your Info" section will allow account contact updates, and "Notifications" will let you manage those contacts.
