Latency issues after network upgrade?
Spectrum performed network upgrades in my area last week and now I'm seeing constant latency spikes - my last two video calls both dropped due to timeout and it's getting pretty frustrating trying to do anything that requires a solid connection. Is this a known issue related to these new upgrades? I tried to use the Chat feature on the website and it was stuck in an infinite loop of "test your route and modem" and didn't recognize the word "latency".

I'm not seeing much issue with the signal levels to your modem, any latency or lost packets in testing, but did see some timeouts recently. We'd want to have a technician scheduled to investigate the issue further. We can set you up for the first available appointment, then you can reschedule though spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app if the time doesn't work for you. If you'd like us to get that set up, just let us know.0 -
