Spectrum rollout of High Split service in Myrtle Beach, SC
When do you anticipate the rollout of High Split service to the 'Isles at Bella Vita' area on the Southwest corner of Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach, SC? I received a letter from Spectrum in September of 2025 waring me that my TIVO DVR (which requires a cablecard and Tuning Adapter) would become non-functional as of October 13, 2025 due to the scheduled High Split rollout in my area. I called tech support and soon received a "VECIMA - High Split Converter" box that will replace my Tuning Adapter and enable my TIVO to continue working in the new High Split environment. I'm still waiting…..
The October 13, 2025 date came and went without any upgrade. Upon inquiry I was given a new date in November, 2025. That date came and went without upgrade. This kept happening… Upon calling each time, I was given a new rollout date a month to 6 seeks in the future. ALL 5 or 6 of these cutover dates are now history, and there has been no High Split rollout for me. The new High Split converter is collecting dust on a shelf awaiting this to happen. My old Tuning Adapter seems to be handling things okay.
I stand by, ready, willing, and able to update to the VECIMA - High Split Converter (to replace the aging Tuning Adapter) whenever this actually happens.
Would appreciate hearing something definative about this. Surely SOMEONE at Spectrum can get me some correct information! I highly value my TIVO and would like to put this pending ordeal behind me.

Hi @Hawk521. Upgrades just started in your area this month, but can take several months to complete work and longer before high split is officially launched. Please note all dates are just estimates and subject to change. You will receive notifications once it is time to connect your new equipment.
