Dedicated fiber line 37874

hello,

Been trying for a year to get a dedicated fiber line, even talked to technicians and they said it’s above their heads. There is a splice case right next to my house and im not sure who I can contact about paying extra to get a dedicated fiber strand. I even offered to run the OSP lines to the splice case to make it easier.
unfortunately, I am at the point where I may have to reach out to the utility board and rent the telephone poles to run fiber 300ft away to AT&Ts fiber connection point.

Any insight please!

    Hello and welcome @MrAustin,

    At this time, existing connections at your home at not being changed over to direct fiber lines. That may be an option once network evolution upgrades have been completed.
