Request to whitelist business domain tryswiftlaw.com being blocked on Spectrum Internet

Hi all,

I'm trying to reach my own business website, www.tryswiftlaw.com, but it appears to be blocked or unreachable on my Spectrum Internet connection. I'm the owner/proprietor of the site and need consistent access to it for work.

A few details to help with troubleshooting:

  • The site loads normally on other networks (mobile data, other ISPs), so the issue appears specific to my Spectrum connection.
  • I've already tried clearing my DNS cache and restarting my modem/router.

Could a moderator help confirm whether this domain is being filtered at the network level, and if so, advise on how to get it whitelisted or who I should contact? Happy to provide any additional non-private details needed.

    It seems as though www.tryswiftlaw.com works but www.app.tryswiftlaw.com is not working

    Hello and welcome @sk26,

    I'm not showing the first site being blocked by our security shield and it's accessible in testing while on the Spectrum network. As for the update in your comment, this site was reflecting as blocked by the security shield. You can run a check and submit an unblock request for that. You should get a "Suspicious Site Blocked" page when this occurs.
