Recently relocated to the Kansas City, Mo area and was experiencing some difficulties with my new Spectrum service. Several phone calls and two-house service calls did not solve the problems. Finally, Collin came to the house and very quickly resolved all the issues. Collin is a very professional and highly qualified field tech. Thanks again, Collin.
