Excellent Field Service Tech

Spectrum has been doing network improvements in my neighborhood near San Luis Obispo, CA, and gave me the opportunity to schedule an appointment to update the wiring in my home and have it looked at. Cesilio, the technician who responded, had a super friendly and helpful attitude throughout the appointment, and did a great job at answering any questions I had about the technology and the process in a way I found easy to understand. He also found, explained, and solved a couple of issues with our old wiring which I suspect have been the source of internet problems our house has been experiencing for years. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received, and believe Cesilio went above and beyond with the work he did.
