how can I change the password on my wiFi

    Hello @Sadie25484;

    You can manage your WIFI password by downloading the MY Spectrum app. Go to Services and scroll down and click on the router. Select Network info and then Manage Network. You can change the password there.

    If you do not have the password for the My Spectrum app then you can visit www.spectrum.net and use the Forgot Password function to reset your password. Once you have that password, you can log into the My Spectrum app to update the WIFI password.
