What is the progress and timeline for the area west of 49th Street between 5th Ave S and 28th Ave S - the Gulfport area.
When can we expect symmetrical speed plans to be available? What progress has already been made and what work is left to do?

Hello @CreepyRaisin;
Welcome to the Community Forums. I checked the status of the Network Evolution upgrade and the primary work is completed. There is still additional work that still needs to be done. We currently do not have an estimate on when this will be completed and enabled. This can take several months to complete.

Why doesn't Spectrum make this information public with a roadmap and plan? The current upload speeds are pathetic compared to Verizon/Frontier.
How much/what work has been completed and what still remains to be done?

I do apologize. The work is complex and estimates are not possible in most cases. We are working hard to get the work done as soon as possible. I do not have the specific numbers on how much work has been completed.
