Is mobile.charter.net's IMAP e-mail server having problems right now 6/10/2026 8:18pm EST? I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 and use the Samsung Email app. It is giving me login errors and not syncing since yesterday. I am able to access my email via the Spectrum website. I see others had the same problem and the issue was resolved but I am still experiencing the problem.

Antdude, reading your post confirmed I was not the only Spectrum customer experiencing this problem. I am still having the sign in and sync issues as described in your post, even though tech support found a solution for some customers and closed your forum thread. I created a new forum thread to alert tech support that this problem still exists for me and perhaps other customers too.

Now I am getting a server error when trying to refresh my chartermi.net email through the Spectrum website. Repeatedly tries resulted in the same error message.

Tech support, I want to clarify my previous posts. The issues described below affect two different chartermi.net email addresses.

Error you are receiving: Keeps asking to sign in and when I sign in, login fails. Email not syncing.
Email program you are using: Samsung Email
Does it work in webmail: No. Now receiving "Server Error. We were unable to fetch your request. Please Try Again". Repeated tries gave the same Server Error message.

I am also now seeing the same Unable to Load Email in the browser. My mobile access seems to have been fixed yesterday.

I do understand the frustrations with the email. The issue from yesterday with Email clients was addressed. Earlier this morning our engineers identified an issue with our webmail. Corrections have been made that has helped reduce the impact of the issue but it is still being worked on. You may see intermittent issues with our webmail.
