I just wanted to tell you that Lisa in Greensboro was super helpful when I called today. I was experiencing trouble with one of my receivers and she identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We were in a bit of panic over the whole situation but she was calm and so nice, got everything taken care of and all is now working perfectly. I’m so appreciative of her help and suggest you give her a raise, she’s a spectacular customer service person and they are becoming fewer and further between these days. So thank you for Lisa, she’s awesome!
