We have sound but no picture. Our this have been pixalating since the guy next door got new service.

    Hey @jnance2424, welcome to our community! Sorry our TV service isn't working properly. I'm seeing significant connection problems not just to the cable receiver but also your internet modem. We'll need to send a technician to figure out what's going on there, can I schedule that for you?
