    Hi @6142123331, welcome to our community! I've split your comment into a new post, as it seemed unrelated to what you posted it under. I see you just moved, it looks like the modem is online but the router isn't communicating. Please make sure the ethernet cable is firmly connecting the modem to the router then reboot them starting with just the modem first and then the router.

    the past month or so my internet has been MUCH slower in afternoon/evening and weekends. I’ve never had issues like this before. Been a customer for 25 yrs and I pay a lot for crappy internet. It’s very disappointing. I’m contemplating satellite inet. Neighbors have it and are very happy. I would like to keep spectrum but cannot continue to deal with this internet disruption. I cannot even talk on phone at certain days/times 😕

    Good afternoon @6142123331. Welcome to our community. I have reviewed the account and I am not seeing any issues with our service. The modem is online and the router has devices connected. Are you still having issues connecting?
