    Thank you for reaching out to us about the damaged pedestal. Generally the boxes will have the owners information listed on the box. I wasn't able to see what the yellow label said. Are you able to check to see if it has a name listed on it? If not, please let us know and we can have one of our technicians stop by and check. If this is our box we would be able to fix it. If this isn't our box, we would not be able to repair it. -Lyn
