change user name

Thank you for reaching out to us about changing your User Name. You can add and delete users with our My Spectrum App or our website under more, settings, and people. If you are wanting to change your main User Name you would need to contact us at  1-855-707-7328. Please let us know if you have any other questions. -Lyn
