Is there a problem with WiFi

I unplugged everything from the router,modum and Roku.. no bars on phone, nothing working.

    I was able to find your account using your community login. I'm not seeing any area issues at this time. Your modem and router both show online with good signals and the router shows devices connected.

    Are you still having issues with the wifi service?
