Hey @DAVIDDLANGEVIN, welcome to our community!
To change or update your payment method at Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app:
Sign in as the Primary or Admin user.
Select Billing and then choose Manage Auto Pay.
Choose Manage Auto Pay.
Select Change Payment Method.
Fill out the fields and then select Review and Complete.
