Logged in today and found extremely high latency issues as per the screenshot from PingPlotter application. What in the world is going on?

Can someone from IT support reply to this thread?

I take it that your Tier 3 Network Engineers are addressing these bottlenecks?

    Hi & welcome!

The information provided by ping plotter can be inconsistent, since it can also show high pings for packets that are actually just deprioritized. A trace route from the command prompt is usually more accurate.

That said, I was able to locate your account using your registration information and there is an area issue impacting your services currently. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Until the issue is fully restored, you may see degraded or intermittent service. You do have alerts set up, and you will be notified by your preferred method of contact when the issue is fully cleared. At this time there is not an estimated time for restoration.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Thanks!
