"PROBABLY FRAUD" Caller ID

Just got a call this morning from the Caller ID "PROBABLY FRAUD".

I am used to getting loads of calls from the Caller ID "SPAM RISK", but this is a first.
Is this a new spam warning from Spectrum, or was the caller themselves actually using this caller ID?
Could it be part of a new system that might actually recognize when callers used spoofed phone numbers? That was supposed to be something on the horizon several years ago.

    Hello!

    I do apologize for any confusion. It is most likely being labeled that by our Call Guard feature. If you are unfamiliar with the number calling you not answering it is the best option. You can also report the number using this link here so that it gets blocked fully the next time and for anyone else they may be calling.
