Discount
With all the times we are without service we should be entitled to a discount on our bill for the days we are without service. This is getting ridiculous Spectrum, do something about your lines or whatever is causing our outages!

Hey @suelu75_49, welcome to our community! We can provide credit to cover your service charges for any day we can verify the service was down for 90 minutes or longer. I see you are in an outage now, and a request for a credit has already been submitted for that. I also see several outages from last month, most seem to be caused by power outages, but I was able to to provide credit to cover 5 days of service charges for those as well. I'm very sorry for the disruptions.

They do... think it has to be something like 4 hours?
Have you been calling them in? Sometimes the outage is tied to another utility or event out of their control (accidents, storms, power outages, etc.) The auto attendant may have a notice to that end when you call in, or you can get a person on the line that may be able to provide some insight.
