No route to Google 216.239.0.0/16 since node outage (packets die at 172.29.152.1)

My connection cannot reach anything in Google's 216.239.0.0/16, while the other ranges I tested work fine.

Test results:

216.239.32.0/19: 100% packet loss (tested against 216.239.38.223)

8.8.8.8, 172.253.x, 142.250.x: 0% loss

Traceroute: enters your network, then stops at 172.29.152.1

Other Spectrum markets and outside networks: all reach 216.239.x fine

Prefix 216.239.0.0/16: announced by AS15169, fully visible in route collectors

Already ruled out as equipment: modem and router reboots, DHCP release and renew, tested from the router directly.

Hey @RemmyLee, welcome to our community! Sorry for the trouble with our internet service. Could you elaborate on what problem you were initially having which prompted the traceroute? Could you share the full traceroute results? Are they the same if you connect directly to the modem, bypassing the router?
