Kudos to Technician Joseph!

I recently had fiber installed and unfortunately had a few dropped signal problems that other technicians thought they solved but didn't. Joseph came out today and took 1 look at the install and said this isn't done correctly. He went above and beyond to redo the install into my home the right way and was meticulous! This man knew what he was doing and how to do it right! Very courteous and customer focused. Man deserves a raise!
