High-Split Upgrade for 14225 (Near Airport)

Hello, I just got an email saying that my spectrum service has been upgraded to be powered by fiber optic. Is this the high split upgrade? How do I have my symmetric speeds set? do I need to get a support ticket? I live in Cheektowaga, New York near the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

Hello!
I show that the upgrades are a part of the high split features coming to the area. The work for the upgrades has started, but have not been finished yet. As soon as the upgrades are complete and the symmetrical speeds are available, you will receive a notice that the new speeds are available for order.

Thank you! When that happens, will I have to purchase symmetric service or will my existing service be upgraded?
