Cloud DVR unable to record same name series on 2 different channels

ESPN has a habit of moving programs scheduled on ESPN to ESPN2 if there is some big event. Tennis, football etc.
I have setup a series to record on a recurring basis on ESPN.
If I look at the guide and see it on ESPN2 for a few days, it will only allow me to record that single day. I am unable to setup the series to record on ESPN2 while there is still a series setup on ESPN.
This really needs to be fixed. I opened a support call, and the tech told me that they couldn't find a way to setup the 2nd series and I had to do it manually.
That means constantly checking the guide in the future to see if I have to manually set it to record. That seem ridiculous to me!
Can this be escalated as an enhancement request?
thank you

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

I appreciate your feedback unfortunately our guide information is usually updated once a week and changes like this are not easily able to be adjusted for the DVR. The DVRs work to record at a specific time on a specific channel. For example if you setup a recording on ESPN and that program was moved to ESPN2 it would record what is being shown on ESPN in the time slot you set to record. The DVR system is not currently advanced enough to recognize guide changes or programs moved to another channel.

I can certainly forward up your feedback but this type of change may take time to create if at all.
