Should these lines be buried?

The power company recently removed an old power line pole, but the Spectrum wires were connected to it. Now, the wires are on the ground. I called to get the line buried, but they buried only one wire, and they left the rest. Should these all be buried? I am worried I will run over them when mowing the lawn.
