Security Shield false positive — trunkspacestorage.com blocked as suspicious (recategorization reque

I'm writing on behalf of Trunk Space Storage to request review and recategorization of our domain, which Spectrum's Security Shield (CUJO AI) is incorrectly blocking as suspicious.

Symptom: On Spectrum connections with Security Shield enabled, visitors to trunkspacestorage.com are redirected to block.charter-prod.hosted.cujo.io ("Suspicious Site Blocked"), and on desktop Chrome the request fails with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR before the page loads. The site serves normally on all non-Spectrum networks (mobile data, other ISPs) and in browsers using encrypted DNS.

This is a false positive. Details for your review:

  • Domain: trunkspacestorage.com
  • What it is: the legitimate website of Trunk Space Storage, a self-storage company operating physical facilities across multiple U.S. locations. The blocked page is a real customer-facing location page.
  • Valid HTTPS certificate, current and correctly configured.
  • Hosts no malware, phishing, adult, or otherwise unsafe content. It is a standard business site where customers view locations and reserve storage units.

Business impact: Real Spectrum customers with Security Shield enabled are being prevented from reaching our reservation pages, which directly affects our ability to serve customers on your network.

Request: Please recategorize trunkspacestorage.com as a legitimate business/shopping site and remove it from the Security Shield block list. If additional verification is needed (WHOIS, clean reputation scans, etc.), I'm happy to provide it.

Thank you for your help.
