Security Shield falsely blocking legitimate Squarespace website — recategorization request
Hello — Spectrum Security Shield is falsely blocking my legitimate personal portfolio website:
Domain: maxpowersfilm.com
Also affected: www.maxpowersfilm.com
Hosting: Squarespace
Site type: Personal professional portfolio for documentary editor/producer Max Powers
Issue: On Spectrum Wi-Fi, visitors see either Chrome ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR or the Spectrum “Suspicious Site Blocked” page. On cellular data, the site loads normally.
SSL: Issued in Squarespace
DNS: Configured for Squarespace hosting
This site contains only professional portfolio material and links to my documentary work. It does not contain unsafe content, malware, phishing, downloads, or suspicious redirects.
Please submit maxpowersfilm.com and www.maxpowersfilm.com for Security Shield false-positive review, recategorization, and unblocking.

The site loads correctly on cellular data, which suggests this is specific to Spectrum Security Shield rather than the site being down.

Using the link from other comments I was able to verify through the spectrum website that the website was blocked by Security Shield. I submitted my request to unblock.

You can submit a Website Block Verification to have your website and URL reviewed. Spectrum users have the option to disable Security Shield, however it is also recommended that you contact your webhost to ensure there are no security risks blocking access.

What James said!
P.S.: I wouldn't exactly say a safe-browsing firewall tool interdicting a website that is categorically flagged for CIPA filtering as well as "Pornography" is doing so "falsely."
