I had a service tech named Patrick at my home today (8/10/2026) to fix an issue I had with pixelation on all my televisions. Not only did he fix the problem, but he was very professional, understanding and explained everything about the problem in terms even I could understand. Spectrum should find more people like him as he is a huge asset to them. Thank you Patrick!
