Our office (Spectrum internet customer in California) cannot reach arriveestateplan.com

; browsers show ERR_SSL errors on Spectrum connections while the site loads normally on mobile data and every other network. Plain-http requests redirect to a "Suspicious Site Blocked" page (block.charter-prod.hosted.cujo.io), so Security Shield has flagged it. This is a legitimate estate-planning portal operated by Estate Documents Pro for its licensee Arrive Financial, recently launched (May 2025 with a new SSL June 2026), valid Sectigo certificate, SSL Labs grade A-. The site operator has contacted CUJO AI directly and we have submitted the unblock request per the support article, but posting here as well like the other recent false-positive threads. Please escalate recategorization of arriveestateplan.com

    You can submit a Website Block Verification to have your website and URL reviewed, please be aware it can take up to 5 business days for a response.


    Spectrum users have the option to disable Security Shield, however it is also recommended that you contact your webhost to ensure there are no security risks blocking access.
