Request review of business domain being blocked: app.poolpilot.app (Security Shield false positive)

Hello. I'm the owner/operator of PoolPilot, a B2B software application for vacation rental property managers, hosted on Google Firebase.

One of our customers (a Spectrum Business subscriber) cannot reach our application at app.poolpilot.app from any computer at their office, every attempt fails with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. The same site loads normally on cellular data and on other ISPs. They've already tried alternate DNS, clearing caches, and rebooting equipment with no change, which points to network-level filtering rather than a device issue.

We believe this is a Security Shield false positive on a newer business domain. Our company site is at poolpilot.app and the application is at app.poolpilot.app. Both are legitimate business properties (recently reviewed and categorized as Business by Palo Alto Networks and others).

Could a moderator check whether Security Shield is flagging either domain and have it reviewed/whitelisted? Happy to provide any additional details needed. Thank you
