New to the Xumo box

I just got Spectrum TV this week with a Xumo box. My only complaint so far is the Guide.I have to switch to favorites everytime. I had Directv Stream where if I click on favorites it stays there until I change it back.Is there a way to lock it on favorites. There are some channels I'll never watch, so why deal wih them?

    @Christie2026, it those channels are not part of you current package you can add them by calling us at 1-855-707-7328.
