Our website seems to be blocked by Spectrum

Hi! Our new website https://bot.12leversbook.com/ (https://bot.12leversbook.com) is getting blocked by Spectrum for some reason. Attempting to access it gives:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

bot.12leversbook.com sent an invalid response.


Whereas from outside of Spectrum (e.g., on cellular and from other ISPs) it works fine. How do I get our site unblocked so that Spectrum users can see it?
