Security Shield false positive — yourlifespathway.com blocked as suspicious
I manage yourlifespathway.com on behalf of the owner and I'm requesting review and recategorization of the domain, which Security Shield is currently blocking.
Symptom: On Spectrum connections with Security Shield enabled, visitors are redirected to block.charter-prod.hosted.cujo.io/warn.html?url=http://yourlifespathway.com/ ("Suspicious Site Blocked"). On desktop Chrome the request fails with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR before the page loads. The site serves normally on all non-Spectrum networks, on cellular data, and in browsers using encrypted DNS. Multiple visitors across San Antonio have reproduced the block on Spectrum home connections while the same people reached the site fine on cell data.
What the site is: the personal website of a life coach, speaker, author and podcast host. WordPress, static informational content, a contact form, and links to a podcast and published books. No downloads, no e-commerce, no user-generated content, no adult content.
What we've done: The host (WP Engine) engaged Sucuri to perform a full malware scan and remediation review. Sucuri's finding was that the site is clean. Sucuri has submitted blocklist review requests to the four reputation vendors currently flagging the domain — alphaMountain.ai, Chong Lua Dao, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, and Sophos — and those reviews are in progress as of this week. I'm noting that openly rather than claiming a spotless VirusTotal report, since the flags are still visible there until those appeals process.
Likely cause: the domain moved hosts in late June 2026 and its A records repointed to WP Engine's shared edge IPs. A low-traffic domain suddenly changing IPs appears to have tripped automated reputation scoring, and the shared IPs serve a very large number of unrelated sites.
An unblock request was submitted through the Security Shield form [insert request ID if you have it] and was denied by automated review, with no detail on what content was found. Could someone check the current block status on your side, and advise whether resubmitting after the vendor reviews clear is the right path — or whether there's a way to get this in front of a human reviewer? Happy to provide the Sucuri report, hosting migration records, or anything else useful.
Thank you.

You can submit a Website Block Verification to have your website and URL reviewed, please be aware it can take up to 5 business days for a response.
Spectrum users have the option to disable Security Shield, however it is also recommended that you contact your webhost to ensure there are no additonal security risks blocking access.

4 vendors at VirusTotal have flagged your site which could contribute to your problem. They have have a support page to report false positives.

Hence recently cleared as far as i'm concerned per
🔗 https://www.spectrum.net/support/forms/verify_url_securityP.S.: I've no doubt that you submitted an unblock request but, in retrospect, the assertion that "An unblock request was submitted through the Security Shield form [insert request ID if you have it] and was denied by automated review, […]" frightens and confuses me but that's my problem. I'm an unfrozen caveman.
