Professionalism AND Personable!

Dantavia in South Carolina and Anthony in Florida were both extremely professional while being very personable when helping me with my issue with Spectrum. Let's face it, it is no fun being on a call and trying to work through an issue. But, when the agent seems to enjoy what they are doing, asks "small talk" questions that seem sincere, and show that they are making an effort, the call is much more pleasant. I think I convinced Dantavia to treat herself to a pizza tonight. :) Kudos to both.
