Security Shield falsely blocking happystakeout.com — recategorization request
I'm writing to request a review of happystakeout.com, which Spectrum's Security Shield (CUJO AI) is incorrectly blocking as suspicious — visitors are redirected to prod.hosted.cujo.io with a "Suspicious Site Blocked" message.
This is a false positive. happystakeout.com is the website of Happy's Take Out, a seasonal restaurant on Route 1 in Camden, ME. It's a WordPress site with no ecommerce or payment processing — customers call in orders by phone.
Evidence this is a false positive:
- VirusTotal scan: 91 of 92 security vendors rate the site clean
- The single outlier is Fortinet (flagged "Malware"), which I believe is the source feed CUJO/Security Shield is inheriting from. I've already submitted a Malicious URL Appeal directly to FortiGuard Labs.
- The site loads normally on all non-Spectrum networks
Business impact: this is currently blocking Spectrum customers from reaching our menu, hours, and contact info during our peak summer season.
I've already submitted the standard unblock request through spectrum.net/support/internet/how-unblock-website-security-shield. Given the business impact, I'd appreciate a manual review rather than waiting on the automated queue. Happy to provide any further verification needed.
Domain: happystakeout.com
