Security Shield is blocking a domain

Security Shield is blocking a domain for our company. I along with multiple other Spectrum users who live across the country have this issue. If I turn off Security Shield, I can access the page no problem. I can't tell dozens of people to turn off their Security Shield though.

I submitted the domain name as a false positive and it said it would take 5 days to review. I called and got the same answer.

I've read you all use CUJO AI for the Security Shield and it gets info from a few sources including AlphaMountain. I was able to open a ticket with AlphaMountain to get the site rescanned so hoping that helps but looks like I have to wait for it to propagate over the next 24 hours to see if it fixes the issue.

Is there any way to expedite this? It's a publicly traded company so I'd like to get this resolved asap if possible. I can send the domain via message as needed. Thanks!
