No connectivity to Apple Mail

I have been having problems for days in having emails updated on my apple mail account. When I try to synchronize with the spectrum email account, it uploads one or two emails over 10 minutes and then stops. Apple looked into the problem and stated there was an unstable connection with the Spectrum IMAP server. This has been going on for a couple of days. Is there any information about this? I am located in northern MA. Thanks.

    Welcome to our community! I'm not seeing any known issues with Apple Mail at this time. If you log in to your email at https://www.spectrum.net do you get any kind of error message or issue viewing the emails? Also, have you tried removing the email information from Apple Mail and then adding it again?
