I want to recognize Isaiah, at Tampa location, who helped me on September 5, 2026. Confirmation number 1000610849974021.

I’ve been a Charter/Spectrum customer for decades in Southern California. I called about my internet-only service, and Isaiah was professional, patient, and easy to work with. He listened, explained the options clearly, and took care of the account without any pressure.

Please pass this to their supervisor. They represented Spectrum well.
