LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

Why is the internet crappy?

The internet in my area is constantly out and when it is not out it gets weak. Everybody in my house complains about it. Even with invincible wifi when a outage happens it sucks. I have all of my stuff wired connected but it still go in out.

    on my phone I had to disconnect from the wifi to do this. Lol

    Welcome to the community, @Bigfowl ! I'm sorry for any frustration you're experiencing due to the issue with the internet connection. I'm showing some communication issues with the modem that could cause connection issues. We'd need to have a technician scheduled to locate the source of the problem.
