thank you so much for your assistance and support in resolving my issue

The previous rep I conversed with on chat was very rude no offer of rebuilding my plan

she took care of the issue and referenced ticket 103549651


sometimes it pays to try again, it’s a shame the first rep had no interest in assisting me
