Kudos

Yesterday while on my way to Coldwater, MI I got a flat tire. A young gentleman (didn't catch his name) stopped to assist. I believe he works for the sales department. This man stopped to help me with changing my tire. It was an extremely difficult task. Another motorist stopped to help and between the two of them, they were finally able to get my old tire off and put on the spare. This was located on a very busy US 12 highway. I just really wanted to thank him again and to let you know what a wonderful selfless gentleman he was. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and taking the time to help me. You have a very outstanding young man that you've employed. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Can't thank him enough!

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

I'm glad to hear that our employee was willing to stop and help you out with changing your tire. However without any specifics like his name it would not be possible to forward up the thanks to him directly. Generally when we get these types of compliments it is possible to find the employee if they had helped with account issues but without any identifying information like name or if they were a technician a van number or license plate we would not be able to find them.

We do appreciate you taking your time out to post this though it is always nice to hear about the good deeds of our employees!
