Outstanding customer service

I want to recognize Eugene from Colorado for outstanding customer service. I called needing help with a Lifeline adjustment, and although it was not a routine request, he took the time to figure it out instead of brushing me off or transferring me around. He was patient, kind, genuinely helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating call actually enjoyable. He submitted the adjustment request and clearly explained what to expect next.
Eugene was an absolute joy to speak with, and I hope this feedback reaches his supervisor because he deserves recognition for the way he handled my call.
