    I've had a xxx@charter.net email address for probably decades. I am a current Spectrum customer. On 9/23/2026 I lost access to my charter.net account on my PC via Outlook, Android phone, and Android tablet. I am unable to access mail through the email portal at spectrum.net receiving the message "The info you entered doesn't match our records." Under my spectrum account settings, the xxx@charter.net emails were listed as invalid so I changed my account settings from xxx@charter.net to to make xxx@spectrum.net my primary account. Thus far, I remain unable to access xxx@charter.net emails.
