RE: uptime

I am at The Crossing. We have a wireless router plan that is serving over 100 apartments. We were supposed to get an upgrade several weeks ago, but it was not done. The service goes down on a daily basis but is "fixed" by resetting the router. Are others having this problem? I think this is a hardware problem on the service end. The bandwidth for this much connectivity is insufficient? Very disappointing.

    Hi-

Looks like your modem has been online for 23 days. Restarting the modem is always a good place to start anytime you are seeing a connection issue. Otherwise what speeds are you getting on a speed test?

Thank you for the response. My modem or the facilities connection to Spectrum? My modem has been reset almost daily for 2 months. Upload speed is 22 mbps and download is only 30 mbps. TV and internet are great when it is up. The questions are: Why does it go down? Has the upgrade been rescheduled?

I am seeing your modem has an uptime of 23 days without a restart. I am also seeing that 600Mbps is being delivered to the modem. Since you are a bulk residential account, we have limited access to additional diagnostic tools and troubleshooting on this Community.

We suggest you contact Community Solutions directly at (855) 895-5302 for additional assistance.
