A BIG thank you to Howard in Kentucky! There was an outage for hours in my area and my son’s camera and monitoring system was offline the whole time. No one got any sleep and I was an anxious mama bear all night. I called in to check on the outage timeframe and he was able to get me back online within 5min. He was so kind and helpful. I appreciate him more than he knows on a night as a first time mom was challenging and scary for me and my family. Thank you Howard for your kind words and being a great human being today!
