I just wanted to say thank you publicly on this forum for the professional and patient help provided by manager Braxton and Lloyd in the Boone, NC Spectrum office. I had a difficult transfer from a business line to a personal one and they stuck it out and made it happen. Great prices and customer service. I love Spectrum.
