I want to return my cable box to a nearby Spectrum office. Can I just go there, or do I have to register something online first?

  Hi @Ksonoyama, welcome to our community! No appointment is required to return equipment to a Spectrum store, but you can make one at https://www.spectrum.com/locations to reduce your wait time. If there is a UPS store near you that is often faster.
