One specific channel constantly freezing and giving STLP-999 errors
So on my Spectrum TV App on my Samsung smart TV, there is one channel - SNY - which I watch frequently. Unfortunately, this channel is constantly freezing, dropping into low resolution, or stopping entirely and giving STLP-999 errors. I have problems with the same network on my cable box; it will often 'hitch' and it gets all pixelated and the sound goes wonky for a second or two. I'm sure there is some issue between SNY and Spectrum, but is there anything I can do as a customer to try to fix this? It is incredibly frustrating to try to watch.

Pixelation is usually a connection issue, and error "xxx-999" means that the service or channel is currently unavailable, so those are probably separate issues. Restarting the devices, including the modem, will usually resolve most issues. If the issue is occurring with only one channel, then it is likely caused by signal interference from the network.
